The mortgage process through Rockville Bank/United Bank is very disorganized. We found out the week of the closing that additional testing were needed. We had asked beforehand if this was required and were told no. Before we even closed Rockville Bank had sold off our mortgage. So much for this bank remaining a dependable local bank.
